The SmarterCX.com team and I were excited to host a Facebook Live interview series from Modern Customer Experience 2018. We broadcasted live on Tuesday, April 10th, Wednesday, April 11th, and Thursday, April 12th from the McCormick Center in Chicago, where we spoke with keynote speakers, leaders from top brands, CX influencers, and more.

I had the pleasure of kicking off Oracle Modern Customer Experience 2018 and our Facebook Live series with Amanda Jobbins, the CMO of Demand Generation and Marketing for the EMEA/JPAC regions, Oracle. Amanda shared with me a preview of her keynote session, her take on the hottest CX technologies and trends including CX personalization, and her advice for women in tech.
